BricksUK Ltd work with property owners, building contractors, house builders and building product manufacturers across the UK to colour tint, weather and repair brick, stone and concrete building materials in situ on site.
BricksUK Ltd provide an open, transparent and safe working environment for all employees.
Whistleblowing can be something an employee believes is a wrong doing - criminal, H&S breach, damage etc. They think that this is unlawful and is in the public interest to be exposed. Full whistleblowing details can be found in the Employment Rights Act 1996. A position in a company should not be lost because of being victimised or because they have blown the whistle.
Staff are encouraged to report any issues they believe to be relevant to a Manager or higher, for appropriate action will then be taken.
This policy will apply to all staff.
As BricksUK Ltd grows official policies and procedures will be put in place in relation to the whistleblowing impact of the business, information and training will also be provided during new employee inductions where required. Policies and procedures to be revised annually.
