You should have the JobWatch app loaded onto your phone. You can do this via the App Store on an iPhone by searching for ‘BigChange JobWatch’. Once you have downloaded the app, you should open it and complete the registration process as follows:

You must select ‘Allow’ to enable JobWatch to send you notifications. This will ensure that you are notified of any new jobs or messages etc

Ask the office for your Serial Key, if they have not already sent it to you, and enter it and click Register.

You should also have been provided by the office with your Driver Number, which you will need to log in with every time you try to access the app. You will need to prefix your Driver Number with an asterisk (*) every time you enter it (eg *57645).

Allow Jobwatch to use your location by selecting the option: ‘Allow While Using App’. It is important that you allow this as the app needs to be able to track your movements to enable it to carry out the relevant notifications and measurements.
